Usually, customers inquire about the price, which differs from piece to piece depending on factors like time spent, materials used, and complexity. They also frequently ask about the estimated completion time, which again depends on the specific art commission.

What should customers know about ordering, payment, and how they'll receive their finished art?

If it's a large commission requiring special materials, I will require a deposit upfront. The typical turnaround time is about 10 days, though this can vary depending on the size and amount of work involved. We'll discuss delivery options during the commissioning process.

Once someone has their art, what common questions do they have about looking after it or if something isn't quite right?

If for any reason the artwork isn't quite right, I will happily discuss options to resolve any concerns. This is a very rare occurrence as I maintain close communication with the client throughout the entire creation process to ensure satisfaction.
